Shipping & Delivery
We ship only by courier.The shipment is not insured .
The seller can not answer for the damage or loss of product during the shipment of the same. In the event of delivery problems the customer must go directly to the Express Courier using the appropriate call center.
The customer can choose to insure the shipment by selecting the appropriate insurance to the value of the goods.
The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart and submitted for your review before you confirm your order. When multiple shipping options are available for your destination, we will list all available options and let you choose.
The delivery time, and purely indicative of 24/48 hours from date of shipment, the same may be subject to change due to force majeure or because of traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by action of the Authorities.
Goods shipped to an international destination may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Unfortunately, delivery times to international destinations are NOT guaranteed due to the unpredictability of time spent in customs.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or give your personal information to third parties unless required by law or required to execute your orders (e.g. giving your shipping address to courier to ship you your package).

Returns & Replacements
Before returning a package Contact Us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number. Once you have received it, put the RMA number on the outside of the packaging as well as the packing slip so that it is possible for us to track what the package is supposed to be. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number clearly visible on the packaging will be charged an administrative fee of 25.00 euro or the value of the returned product, whichever is less. In the event we are unable to determine what the package is, it will be refused and returned to the sender.
Ordering
We do not accept telephone orders, your orders are to be made exclusively online.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept PayPal, Credit cards, and Wire Transfers. 
PayPal is accepted. There are no extra fees for using PayPal.
Wire transfer: any fees charged by the sending bank are your responsibility.
Please make sure that the amount sent to us covers both our invoice and your bank fees. Products are not shipped until the money is deposited in our bank account. We recommend that you e-mail info@emmeshop.eu with the amount of the transfer and the invoice you are paying.

The order status is visible by logging into your account.

Your information, password, address, etc. can be changed by logging into your account..
